PROCESSING TIME
Standard processing time of orders including custom products can take up to 3 weeks. This does not include shipping times. Please note that requests for further revisions or delays in approval may further extend the processing time.
OWNERSHIP OF ARTWORK
All artwork and products on this site, including custom artwork or designs, are protected by intellectual copyright and belong solely to Little Rover Paper Co.. It is illegal to copy or use any artwork or designs, including any supplied during the proofing process, without written agreement from Little Rover Paper Co..
COLOURS
We have done our best to display products and their colours as accurately as possible. However, please keep in mind that colours may appear differently across different screens or monitors.
PRICES AND PAYMENT
All pricing is in New Zealand Dollars. All costs are subject to change without further notice. In the event that a product is incorrectly priced, we reserve the right to cancel or refund the order. Little Rover Paper Co. is currently not GST registered and therefore does not charge GST.
SHIPPING
Little Rover Paper Co. is not responsible, nor may be held liable for any losses, damages or delays due to shipping.
RETURNS POLICY
We offer a 14 day return policy on products which have been damaged in transit, or if a mistake has been made in your order. In the event that you receive a product that has been damaged in transit, or a product which differs from what you have ordered, please email us at shop@littleroverpaper.com within 14 days of receiving your order. If we have made a mistake with your order we will replace the item(s) where possible, or issue a refund.
