Ordering Custom Pet Products

PROCESSING TIME AND AVAILABILITY

Because a lot of care goes into drawing each pet, please expect a processing time of up to 3 weeks when ordering custom pet products (not including shipping time). The stock level for custom pet designs is limited to allow enough time to fulfil orders. If the custom pet design is currently sold out, please sign up to the mailing list to be notified when they come back in stock, or check back another time.

CREATING A DESIGN AND MAKING AN ORDER

To purchase any of our custom pet products, you must purchase a custom pet design. This is a one time fee to have a design created, which allows you to purchase any custom pet product using that design, both now and in the future as a returning customer.

On the custom pet design product page, upload the photo of your pet that you want turned into a design (guidelines for selecting a photo can be found there), tell us their name, and add to cart. Once the design is in your cart, you can proceed to shop any custom pet product.

If you are ordering for more than one pet, you will need to add multiple custom pet designs to your cart. Just make sure you select the correct design for each product you order. If you want to order multiple designs for one pet (i.e. different photos of the same pet), please make it clear when naming the designs (e.g. Nala 1, Nala 2).

OUR DESIGN AND PRODUCTION PROCESS

Once you have placed an order with us, we will begin the design process within a few business days. We may reach out to you by email if we find any problems with the photo you have provided, or if we need any additional info. Once we have created your design (this may take up to 2 weeks), we will provide you with a proof to approve. Once approved, production will begin, which may take up to 1 week to complete, depending on the size of your order. Please note that if you request for any changes to be made after reviewing the initial proof, additional design fees may be incurred, as well as an extension to the processing time of your order.

RETURNING CUSTOMERS

If you have previously bought custom pet products from us, or have been gifted a piece from a loved one (lucky you!), you can order more at any point without paying the design fee again. Just select “I’m a returning customer with an existing design” in the dropdown menu on any custom pet product and enter your pet’s name and general description so that we can find them in our database. We will then reach out to you by email to confirm we have the correct pet design before we begin production. Please expect a processing time of up to 2 weeks (not including shipping time) when reordering an existing design.
